Each month includes
1 in-person session + 12 online coaching sessions.In the initial in-person session,
you’ll learn the squat, press, deadlift, and bench press
with a clear and reliable standard of technique.From there, online coaching provides
ongoing video feedback, training log review,
and program adjustments—
so you can train safely and progress on your own.Beyond technique,
we address programming, recovery, and nutrition,
along with any difficulties you’ve experienced in your training.You can also see real client progress on Instagram (@inhyuk999).

Online coaching is designed to help you refine what you’ve learned in person and continue progressing with consistency.With 3 sessions per week (12 per month),
you’ll send a video of your final set after each workout.
Your technique is reviewed, and your training weights are adjusted
based on how you’re performing that day.Each session includes detailed feedback,
and you can discuss any questions or concerns directly with your coach.Your program and nutrition are continuously adjusted
based on your recovery and progress—
so you can improve without unnecessary strain.All feedback and communication are provided within 24 hours.
